Lakhimpur Fishery Department Recruitment 2021 For Grade-IV/Power Pump Operator/Driver

Applications are invited from eligible candidates of Assam for filling up of the following sanctioned vacant post in the establishment of District Fishery Dev. Officer, Lakhimpur, North Lakhimpur in the Pay Bands & Grade Pay with other allowances as admissible under the rules as shown below.

Eligibility Criteria for Gd-IV Post:

1. Candidates must not be less than 18 years and not more than 40 years of age on 1st January, 2020. The upper age is relaxable for S.C. and S.T. candidate is up to 45 years and for OBC/MOBC candidates is up to 43 years as per Govt. Office Memorandum.

2. Educational Qualification: Class- VIII Passed.

 

Eligibility Criteria for Power Pump Operator:

a. Candidates must not be less than 18 years and not more than 40 years of age on 1st January. 2020. The upper age is relaxable for S.C. and S.T. candidate is upto 45 years and for OBC/MOBC candidates is up to 43 years as per Govt. Office.

b. The candidates should have a valid ITI Diploma on mechanical diesel trade from recognized Govt ITI.

c. Minimum qualification HSLC passed.

d. Candidates must be physically fit without any disability.

 

Eligibility Criteria for Driver:

a. Candidates must not be less than 18 years and not more than 40 years of age as on 1st January 2020. The upper age is relaxable for S.C. and S.T. candidate is up-to 45 years and for OBC/MOBC candidates is up to 43 years as per Govt. Office norms.

b. The candidates should have a valid professional Driving license for LMV/HMV issued by the competent Authority (Assam State only).

c. Minimum qualification HSLC passed. d. Candidates must be physically fit without any disability with good eyesight.

1. How to apply: The applications must be submitted online through the following website as per the post —

(a) https://niyukti.assam.gov.in/fisherylakhimpur. No other forms of application will be entertained. Candidates will be required to upload scanned and self-certified copies of all testimonials such as Education Qualification Certificates, ITI diploma certificate (— for PPO post only). Age proof Certificate, Caste Certificate, Valid Employment Exchange Registration Card, Good quality Photograph etc. The candidates already in service must apply through proper channel and upload a scanned copy of the NOC of the concerned department.

2. The Applications will be received online from Midnight of 29th, Jan, 2021 to the Midnight of 7th Feb/2021.

3. Selection procedure:

For Grade-IV: Candidates, whose applications are accepted as per eligible criteria will be required to appear in an objective type written examination. The written examination will be of 100 marks for 02.00 hours duration. The selection will be strictly on merit basis. The examination will be held on 14.02.2021.

 

The syllabus of Written Examination:

(i) General Knowledge: 50 marks

(ii) General English: 25 marks

(iii) Language skill in Assamese: 25 marks

 

For Power Pump Operator & Driver:

 (i) General Knowledge: 50 marks

(ii) General English: 25 marks

(iii) Skill Test: 25 marks

 

4) The Date and Venue of the Written examination will be intimated in the Admit Card and also will be notified through the website as mentioned above and http://lakhimpur.nic.in.

5) The candidature of candidates is provisional and the Committee has the right to accept or reject the candidature of any candidate at any stage of the recruitment after proper scrutiny of the educational and other relevant documents.

6) No application fees shall be paid by the candidates and canvassing directly or indirectly in any form by the candidate shall lead to disqualification of his candidature.

7)The selection candidates for appointment shall have to give an undertaking that they will abide by the New Pension Scheme Rule of Govt. of Assam along with Joining Report. No.

8) T.A/DA will be admissible to the candidates.
