SBI PO Educational Qualification
Educational Qualification: Candidates having Graduation in any discipline from a recognised University or any equivalent qualification recognised as such by the Central Government.
Final Year Students: Those who are in the last year/semester of graduation can also apply temporarily, but the condition is that if an interview is required, they must show proof of passing the graduation exam on or before December 31, 2021.
Others: Candidates with a comprehensive dual degree (IDD) certificate should ensure that the date of passing IDD is on or before December 31, 2021. Candidates with chartered accountant or cost accountant qualifications can also apply.

SBI PO Complete Selection Process
SBI PO Complete selection process has been categorized into three-phase.
Phase-I
The preliminary exam includes a 100-point objective test and will be taken online. The test will have 3 parts (each part has a different schedule) as follows:

Phase-II
The main exam will be conducted online and will include a 200-point objective test and a 50-point descriptive test. The descriptive test will be conducted immediately after the objective test is over, and candidates must enter their descriptive test answers on the computer.
Objective test: The objective test time is 3 hours, consists of 4 parts, and the total score is 200 points. Each part will have a separate time.

Descriptive Test: The duration of the Descriptive Test is 30 minutes. It will be a Test of English Language (Letter Writing & Essay) with two questions for total 50 marks.
Phase-III/Interview
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic & Social distancing, the 3rd Phase may comprise of
(i) Interview only (50 marks) OR
(ii) Interview (30 marks) & Group Exercises (20 marks).
Candidates will have to score minimum qualifying marks in Phase-III to be considered for final selection. The minimum qualifying marks will be decided by the Bank.
