Online applications are invited from eligible candidate for filling up of the following sanctioned Grade IV vacant post in the establishment of the 0/o Superintending Engineer, Tezpur Mechanical Circle Irrigation, Tezpur and 0/o Executive Engineer, Tezpur Mechanical Division (Irrigation), Tezpur in the pay band and grade pay with other allowance as admissible under the rules as shown below:

Tezpur Irrigation Eligibility Criteria for Gr.-IV Post:

1. Candidates must not be less than 18 years and not more than 40 years of age on 1st January 2021. The upper age limit for S.C. and S.T. candidate is up to 45 years and for OBC/MOBC candidates is up to 43 years as per Govt. Office Memorandum No. ABP.6/2016/51 dated 02.09.2020.

2. Educational Qualification: Minimum Class-VIII passed from any recognized institution. Higher Secondary or equivalent level passed shall be considered as maximum educational qualification. Candidates having qualification above Higher Secondary Passed need not apply.

How to Apply:-

1. The applications must be submitted online through the following website as per post at https://niyukti.assam.gov.in/irrigationtezpur_mech/. No others forms of application will be entertained. The candidates already in service must apply through proper channel and upload scanned copies of NOC of the concerned department.

2. The Applications will be received online from 11.00 pm, 23rd February/2021 up to the 11.00 pm of 11th March/2021.

3. An application must mention valid E-mail ID and mobile number while Applying.

4. Applicant must upload a scanned copy of following documents:

(a) Recent passport size coloured photograph in while a background of size 20 kb to 50 kb and the dimension of 3.5 cm x 2.5 cm in jpg or jpeg or png format.

(b) Specimen signature of size 10 kb to 30 kb and dimension of 1.5 cm x 2.5 cm in jpg or jpeg or png format.

(c) Age proof certificate (i.e. Birth certificates issued by the competent authority or School Certificate issued by the recognized Institutions) of maximum size 200 kb in jpg or jpeg or png format or pdf.

(d) Class VIII pass certificate of maximum size 200 kb in jpg or jpeg or png or pdf format.

(e) HSLC Certificate (Optional) of maximum size 200 kb in jpg or jpeg or png or pdf format.

(f) HS certificate (Optional) of maximum size 200 kb in jpg or jpeg or png or pdf format.

(g) Employment exchange registration card (Optional) of maximum size 200 kb in jpg or jpeg or png or pdf format.

(h) Certificate for PWD category of maximum size 200 kb in jpg or jpeg or png or pdf format.

i) Caste Certificate (If applicable) of maximum size 200 kb in jpg or jpeg or png or pdf format.

j) Residential Certificate (PRC) / other / Voter ID etc.) of maximum size 200 kb in jpg or jpeg or png or pdf format.

 

Tezpur Irrigation Selection Procedure:-

1. The candidature of a candidate is provisional and committee has right to except or reject the candidature of any candidate at any stage of requirement after proper scrutiny of the educational and other relevant documents.

2. No application fees shall be paid by the candidates and canvassing directly or indirectly in any form by the candidate shall lead to disqualification of his candidature.

3. The detail syllabus of the examination will be notified later on local newspaper as well as on the official website link.

4. The online admit card will be available on the official website link.

5. The Date and Venue of Written examination will be intimated in the Admit Card and also will be notified through the website link.

6. The candidates, whose application are accepted, will be required to appear in an objective type written test to be held in specified venue as per date, time mention in admit card.

7. At the time of joining, the appointees have to give and undertaking that they will abide by the rules of new pension scheme issued by the Government.

8. No T./VD.A. will be admissible to the candidates.
