DETAILS OF VACANCY

1) Name of Post: Grade-IV (Chowkidar)

2) Number of Vacancy: 01 (One) No.

3) Category of Post: Open to all category

4) Educational Qualification: Class VIII Passed.

5) Scale of Pay: (PB-I) Rs. 12000-52,000 + G.P. 3900 PM

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1) Candidates must be an Indian Citizen as defined in Articles 5 & 8 of the constitution on Indian ordinary resident of Assam and must submit a Xerox copy of the proof of Permanent Resident of Assam (Voter ID.. Aadhaar Card/P.R.C.)

2) The candidate must have registered their named in the Employment Exchanged and the registration numbers along with the dates must be mentioned in their application.

3) Candidates serving in Government or in other of an organization should submit their application through proper channel only otherwise application will be rejected.

4) A candidate must not be less than 18 years or not more than 40 years of age. As on 01.01.2021. The upper age limit is relaxable for the candidates of SC/ST/OBC/MOBC etc. as per standing Govt. norms.

5) Application fee Nil.

6) The application must be accompanied by the following:

a) Self-attested copies of all Certificates/Mark Sheets of Educational and other Qualification, Age. Caste along with other Testimonials including valid Employment Registration Card,.

b) Affixing one of the recent Self-attested passport size photographs in the application form and two copies of recent passport size photograph duly self attested along with the application.

c) The application will enclose a self Address envelop (22 cm x 10 cm) affixing postal stamp of Rs. 10/- along with clearly mentioning their postal address of communication along with the application.

7) The last date of receipt of application is 11th Feb/2021 up to 3.00 PM/. No application will be entertained atter the last date and time fixed.

8) The application should be submitted through Indian Postal service in an ordinary post or in drop box to the office of the Executive Engineer (PHE), Belsor Division, Belsor, P.O.- Belsor, PS-Belsor, Dist- Nalbari (Assam) PIN No.781304 during office hours. No application on Register post or Speed Post or other Courier Service will be accepted.

9) Application without proper supporting documents or without passport size photograph or unsigned or incomplete filling of application form will be rejected without giving any intimation to the candidates.

10) The Committee has the right to accept/reject the application after proper scrutiny of documents/Testimonials etc. with regards to the modalities of selection.The decision of the selection committee shall be final and no claim will be entertained.

11) The selected candidates qualified for appointment will be governed by existing New set of pension rules which are already formulated with a contributory pension scheme by state Govt.

12) No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in the Test/Personality Assessment Test.

13) Canvassing directly or indirectly in any form will disqualify the candidature of the candidate.

14) The incomplete application and the application submitted after the scheduled date and time will not be accepted.
