Eligibility Criteria

Age Limit: Candidates lies age 17 ½ – 21 years. Upper Age limit will be relaxable up to 30 years of age in respect of widows of Defence personnel who have died in harness.

Others: Those candidates completed their Class 10th/Matric pass securing 45{37632549f10ffff720969b4ab77e00ced6668940cd3eefd99db86ec5b5daf659} marks in aggregate and 33{37632549f10ffff720969b4ab77e00ced6668940cd3eefd99db86ec5b5daf659} in each subject may apply. For Boards following grading system of D Grade (33{37632549f10ffff720969b4ab77e00ced6668940cd3eefd99db86ec5b5daf659} –40{37632549f10ffff720969b4ab77e00ced6668940cd3eefd99db86ec5b5daf659}) in individual subjects or equivalent of grade which contains 33{37632549f10ffff720969b4ab77e00ced6668940cd3eefd99db86ec5b5daf659} and overall aggregate of C2 grade or equivalent corresponding to 45{37632549f10ffff720969b4ab77e00ced6668940cd3eefd99db86ec5b5daf659} in aggregate.

For  (Nepalese & Indian): Class 10 simple pass candidates may apply.

Physical Requirements(PET):

Height: 152 cms. Candidates belonging to North East Region, Gorkhas and Garhwalies will be given 4 cms height relaxation for this recruitment.

Weight: Proportionate to height and age as per Army medical standards.

Indian Army Women Soldier Selection Process

Candidates will be selected through recruitment rallies  means through running. Recruitment rallies are planned to be conducted at Ambala, Lucknow, Jabalpur, Belgaum, Pune and Shillonglocation only.
