EDUCATIONAL NOTICE COUNSELING FOR SELECTION OF CANDIDATES FOR PROVISIONAL ADMISSION INTO 1st BHMS COURSE IN THE THREE HOMOEOPATHIC MEDICAL COLLEGES OF ASSAM FOR THE SESSION 2020-21.

It is for general information of all eligible candidates who submitted the Declaration Form for admission into 1st BHMS course in the three Homoeopathic Medical Colleges of Assam namely SJN Homoeopathic Medical College & Hospital. Guwahati, Assam Homoeopathic, Medical College & Hospital. Nagaon and Dr JKS Homoeopathic Medical/ College & Hospital, Jorhat for the session 2020-21. The counseling for the selection of candidates for admission into 1st BHMS course will be held on 10.03.2021 at 10.00 A.M. in SJN Homoeopathic Medical College & Hospital, Guwahati.

    The candidates are to appear before the Selection Board for selection for provisional admission, subject to fulfilment of the eligibility criteria of the Government Ayurvedic College, Guwahati and Homoeopathic Medical Colleges of Assam (Regulation of Admission into BAMS/BHMS courses) Rules, 2020.

The eligible candidates must bring with them duly filled up APPLICATION FORM of Schedule-] along with all relevant Annexure Certificates in original attached with the Application Form. Marks sheets of 10+2 (Sc.) examination, Admit Card of HSLC or equivalent examination. Pass Certificates of HSLC or equivalent examination. Pass Certificates of 10+2 (Sc) or equivalent examination, PRC, Caste & other reserved category certificates, NCL if applicable, Admit Card and Score Card of NEET (UG)-2020 and other relevant documents in original. A set of photo copies of all the said documents duly signed by the candidate himself/herself are to be submitted along with the Application Format the time of counseling. The APPLICATION FORM shall be available in the official website of the Directorate of AYUSH. Assam i.e. https://ayush.assam.gov.in).

All candidates must appear personally for counseling on the scheduled dates and time failing which he/she will forfeit his/her merit position and no claim shall be considered later.

    The Selection will be made in accordance of the merit position of the NEET UG-2020 as per the Admission Rules.

   In case of any matter of controversy, the decision of the Selection Board shall be final and binding.

The following Candidates are called for Counseling:

1. General/Unreserved : All Eligible candidates who submitted the Declaration Form.

 2. OBC/MOBC: All Eligible candidates who submitted the Declaration Form.

3. Scheduled Caste: All Eligible candidates who submitted the Declaration Form.

4. Schedule Tribe(Plain): All Eligible candidates who submitted the Declaration Form.

5. Schedule Tribe (Hills): All Eligible candidates who submitted the Declaration Form.

6. TGL/Ex TGL Quota: All Eligible candidates who submitted the Declaration Form.

7. Divyanga (PWD) : All Eligible candidates who submitted the Declaration Form.

8. EWS: All Eligible candidates who submitted the Declaration Form.

 

ImportantNote:  

1. For OBC/MOBC (NCL) Category candidate:

i)  They must submit the original Non-creamy layer (NCL) OBC/MOBC certificate issued by the D.C. of the concerned district.

ii) The annexure-Ill of the Application Form to be submitted by OBC/MOBC category candidate must clearly show the candidate belongs to Non-creamy layer.

In case of any controversy. the decision of the Selection Board shall be final and binding.

2. For Economically weaker section (EWS) Quota:

The EWS certificate issued by the concerned authority must be submitted at the time of counseling for the said category candidates
