Terms and conditions:
1. Candidate/Applicant must be a citizen of India as defined in Article 5 to 8 of the constitution of India.
2. Applicants who are already employed should submit their NOC from the respective employer.
3. Candidate/Applicant must submit a separate applications for a separate posts.
4. Candidate must not be less than 18 years or more than 40 years of age on 01.01.2021. The upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years in case of SC/ST and 3 years for OBC. As per Govt. rule in force.
5. The last date of submission of online applications will be accepted from 11.00 AM of 13.02.2021 till 5.00 PM of 18.02.2021.
6. The application must be accompanied by the following documents:
a) All certificates/mark sheets in support of educational qualification along with age. caste certificate etc. must be uploaded.
b) Scanned signature of the candidate must be uploaded.
c) A recent passport size scanned copy of the photograph must be affixed in the application form.
7. Valid contact numbers of the candidate should be clearly mentioned in the application form.
8. Incomplete application will be rejected without giving any intimation to the candidate.
9. Print out of application should be submitted with other self-attached documents by post to the Executive Engineer, Golaghat Division (Irrigation). Golaghat. PIN-785621.
10. Pension schemes ‘Government servants joining the service of the State Govt. on or after 1st Feb. 2005 shall not be governed by the existing Assam Service Pension Rules 1969 and order issued thereunder from time to time. so far as their pension and other retirement benefits are concerned that will be governed by a new set of Pension rules which are been formulated in line with the contributory Pension Scheme announced by Govt. of India vide Finance Department circular No. dtd. 25.01.2005.
11. Canvassing directly or indirectly shall disqualify a candidate.
12. Detailed date of examination will be intimated through newspapers in due course of time and may also be bad from the notice board of Office of the undersigned.
13. The reservation will comply with Govt. norms.
14. No. TA and DA will be borne by the departments for attending written test oral interview.
