DHS Assam Grade-III posts (Technical & Non-Technical)  recruitment Age:Candidate  age below 18 years and above 40 years of age as on 01.01.2020 are not eligible to apply for DHS Assam recruitment. The upper age limit in allowed for 3 years in case of OBC and 5 years in case of SC/ ST(P)/ST(H) Candidates only, 2 years in respect of ex-serviceman and 10 years in respect of Persons with disability-as per OM No- ABP. 6/2016/51 dated 2nd September 2020.

Fees require for applying DHS Assam Grade-III post: For applying DHS Assam recruitment grade II post No fee is required to be paid.

Important Terms & Conditions for online application of  DHS Assam Grade-III posts (Technical & Non-Technical)  recruitment:

1. Interested and eligible candidates shall have to fill up the online Application Forms available at the official website of the Directorate of Health Services, (FW) Assam (vvww.dhsfw.assam.gov.in).

2. The following documents in original will have to be produced at the time of document verification and photocopies of all certificates etc. are to be submitted:

(a) Recent 2 (two) copies of recent passport size colour photograph duly self-attested.

(b) Birth Certificate / HSLC, Admit / HSLC Board Pass Certificate for age proof.

(c) All Pass Certificates from Boards! Universities from HSLC onwards.

(d) Caste certificate (where applicable)

(e) Require Permanent residentship certificate/Domicile certificate (if any)

(f) Person with Disability Certificate/Differently Abled Certificate (if any)

(g) Employment Exchange Registration Certificate.

(h) Nursing Registration Certificate (ANM) authenticated by the Registrar, Assam Nursing Council (Wherever applicable)

(i) Economically Weaker Section (EWS) Certificate wherever applicable.

(j) IT1 passed certificate (Wherever applicable),

(k) Computer Course Certificate, (wherever applicable ).

3) Tie-Breaking of Marks of DHS Assam Recruitment: if two or more candidates obtaining the same total marks, then the candidates obtaining higher marks in the written test shall be placed higher in merit. However again if the candidates obtain equal marks in the written test also. then the seniority of the age of the candidates will be taken for consideration.

4) Weightage for service under NHM etc.: Many contractual employees are working under National Health Mission (NHM) or other Hospital Management Committee (HMC) of Govt. Health Institutions as Nurses, paramedics etc. Such nurses, paramedics etc, shall be given due weightage depending on the number of years of completed service so that they can be given suitable and justified preference, For this, a candidate will have to upload a certificate from Principal, Medical College/ Jt. Director of Health Services of District as to since what date he/she is working in NHM/ HMC as contractual /casual employees. Also, he/she will have to produce an original copy of the same at the time of skill test/ document verification.

5) Detailed list of candidates for each post along with the details of selection test shall be notified in due course of time and shall be displayed in the website www.dhsfw.assam.gov. in.

GENERAL INSTRUCTION TO THE CANDIDATES For applying DHS Assam:

i) Canvassing directly or indirectly shall render such candidates unfit for the post.

ii) No TA/DA will be admissible to candidates for the journey and stay at any stage of the requirement process.

iii) The selection list confers no right to appointment unless the department is satisfied about the suitability of the candidate after a thorough medical examination and such enquiry and verification of the essential documents of eligibilities as may be considered necessary before appointment to the service/ post.

iv) Candidates have to appear in all stages of recruitment. If a candidate is absent from any stage his/ her candidature will be cancelled.

v) Candidature will be summarily rejected at any stage of the recruitment process if found not conforming to the official format/having incomplete information /wrong information/ incomplete/ requisite certificate/ misrepresentation of facts/ impersonation.

vi) The select list will remain valid for appointment from the date of announcement of the result for one year or till the date of the next advertisement of similar posts whichever is earlier.

vii) Before issuing of appointment letter, the department will obtain an undertaking from the selected ‘candidates that they shall abide by the New Pension Rules of Govt.

viii) The Selection Board Assam reserves the right to make changes or cancel or postpone the requirement process on the specific ground.

xi) Fake documents/ false information/ misrepresentation of facts shall lead to rejection if detected at any stage before/after the appointment and shall make the candidate liable to criminal proceeding as per existing law.

x) Offering of bribe or any favour by a candidate or by any individual on behalf of any candidate is a criminal offence. Such activity shall result in immediate disqualification of the candidature of that particular candidate.

xi) In case of any clarification, the decision of the Selection Board will be final.

xii) The number of vacancies are subject to change and appointment to such vacancies will be decided by the Competent Authority at the time of
appointment, based on the merit, category-wise as per the final merit list.

xiii) The Rules & Regulations, terms & conditions of the Department and Govt. of Assam will be applicable.

xiv) The Appointment Authorities should , in the offer of appointment to the candidates to be belonging to EWS, include the following clause.

xv) Application I candidates who have already applied for the post of Junior Assistant /LDA, Laboratory Technician under Director of Health Services, Assamadvertisement need not apply again under Director of Health Services (FW) Assam, since the exam for the said post will be held together for both the Directorates. `

The appointment is provisional and is subject to the Income and Asset certificate being verified through the proper channels and if the verification reveals that the claim to belong to EWS is fake/false the services will be terminated forthwith without assigning any further reasons and without prejudice to such further action as may be taken under the provisions of the Indian Penal Code for production of fake/false certificate.
