Qualification and terms and conditions:
1. The candidate must be an Indian citizen as defined in articles 5 to 8 of the Constitution of India.
2. The candidate must have passed HSLC Examination or equivalent examination from any central or state-recognized Boards.
3. The candidate must have passed 6(Six) months “Recorders Certificate Class Course” training from the Assam Survey and Settlement Training Center. Dakhingaon, Guwahati-34.
4. Candidates already in service should apply through the proper channel.
5. Candidate must not be less than 18 Years or more than 40 Years of age as on 01.01.2021. The upper age is relaxable by 3 Years in case of OBC/MOBC candidates, 5 Years in case of the candidates of SC/ST and 10 years in case of PWD candidates.
6. The application must be accompanied by the following testimonials-
(a) Self Attested copies of all certificates of education and other qualifications, age, caste along with other testimonials.
(b) Two copies of recent passport size photographs duly signed by the candidate across the photograph.
(c) The applicants are required to enclose a self-addressed envelope affixing Postal Stamp of Rs. 10/- along with the application.
(d) RCCC Passed Certificate.
7. Application and other documents should be put inside an envelope, on which the applicant should clearly mention the post applied for.

9. The applicant who intends to apply under PWD category must write “PWD” In bold in the top right corner of the application form & must submit a certificate issued by the competent authority along with the application.

11. The selected candidates will have to submit an undertaking to the appointing authority that they will abide by the New Pension Rules of the Govt.
12. Selection Process:
Candidates. whose applications are accepted as per eligibility criteria will be required to appear in an objective type Written examination, Computer Proficiency test & Viva-voce. The written examination will consist of 100 marks. The duration of the Written examination will be of 3 hours. 1:3 Nos. of candidates for the above post will be short-listed on the basis of the marks obtained in the Written examination. The shortlisted candidates in the Written examination shall have to appear in the Computer Proficiency Test (Practical) for 20 Marks and Viva-voce for 30 marks. Candidates shall bring original documents for verification on the day of Viva Voce & Computer Proficiency Test (Practical). The date of Computer Proficiency test & Viva-Voce will be notified later on,
The final list shall be prepared on the basis of aggregate marks obtained in the Written Test, Computer Proficiency Test (Practical) & Viva-voce. The selection will be strictly on a merit basis.

14. Canvassing in any form will be a disqualification. 15. Appointment shall be subject to fulfillment of Police Verification Report and Medical fitness Certificate.
