Job Description: The applicant must be efficient in handling all human resource management requirements of an organization, including without limitation, payroll management, ERP, leave management, conduct orientations for new employees, and oversee recruitment processes. The application must be self-motivated, be able to organize activities to motivate the staff and employees, and advise the University on HR policies and procedures.
QUALIFICATION AND ELIGIBILITY: MBA / PGDM Human Resource Management. Candidates should have at least 2-3 years of experience in Human Resource Management in a similar organizational setting or in any multinational firm.
